The Wakulla Suites hotel in Coco Beach- a nifty older hotel that's been redone "polynesian". There are apparently a few Mai Tiki Tikis on the grounds (interior courtyard gardens) but they self define as themselves as Polynesian, not Tiki. See http://www.wakullasuites.com/

A small glance at the back building closest to the sea- gives you more of a feel for what the rooms are in.

Further up the coast, we found these single story Tiki Apartments. Not very Tiki, other than a single mask we saw on the side of one building.

The whole Canaveral area is a treasure trove of midcentury architecture and a lesson in fun things to do with concrete and cinderblock construction. These were the Kapa Kai Apartments across the street from the Tiki Apartments.
